WHAT IS THE HAGUE CONVENTION APOSTILLE?

Apostille is a certificate provided by notaries so that documents can be recognized in other countries. This is a requirement arising from the fact that Brazil is a signatory to the Hague Convention, in force since August 14, 2016. Before requesting a sworn translation, the document must be apostilled so that this information appears in the translation.
