Sworn translations must be carried out by a certified public translator who has passed a public examination promoted by the State Board of Trade. This ensures that the translation will be accepted by all public institutions throughout the Brazilian territory and in many countries.

WHEN DO I NEED A SWORN TRANSLATION?

Sworn translations are mandatory by public bodies and agencies, as well as by certain private establishments, such as educational institutions.
